DIY Dog Christmas Top Hat

Make a fun top hat for your pet to dress up for the holidays! Find a doll top hat at a craft store, line the hat with red ribbon and attach a green feather. Twist red and white pipe cleaners into a candy cane swirl, bend the end into a candy cane shape and cut the pipe cleaners to the length needed. Staple elastic strings to either side of the hat and tie the strings in the center under your dog’s chin and adjust the strap as needed.
