DIY Fabric Cat Collar

Make a fancy collar for your cat! Select a decorative fabric and cut a strip of the fabric to make the collar. Fold the fabric in half and iron it along the fold to mark the center line of the fabric lengthwise. Unfold the fabric, refold it so that either side of the fabric meets on the middle line and iron the folds in place. Cut a piece of bonding webbing to fit inside the folds and iron the folds in place again with the webbing inside. Thread the collar through a collar size adjuster, put a buckle onto either side of the collar and sew the collar around the buckles.
