DIY Fabric Tunnel

Sew a soft floor tunnel for your ferrets! Cut a long piece of decorative fleece fabric, then cut another piece of fleece that is the same width but slightly longer. Fold over the extra fabric on either end and sew the edge of the fabric in place so they each make a long pocket. Sew two lines across the middle on the fabrics to make another pocket, cut pieces of boning to the length needed for the pockets, and slide a piece of boning into each pocket. Sew the long edges of the fabrics together with the outside facing in to make the tube shape, then fold the tube through itself to turn it inside out.
