DIY Godzilla City Basking Hide

Construct a city for your lizard or tarantula to play Godzilla while they bask, hide and climb! Measure your pet’s tank and cut a piece of Styrofoam to the size needed for the base of the city. Cut two Styrofoam rectangles, glue the rectangles to the baseboard to create a hide area and cut off the baseboard below the hide area. Construct a city of hollow Styrofoam boxes of varying sizes and incorporate basking areas or stairs across the roofs of the buildings. Paint the structure with several layers of grout, sand the grout and paint the city. Cover the city with several layers of sealant and sprinkle sand onto the last layer if sealant for added texture that your pet will appreciate.
