DIY Seafloor Target Feeder

Create a feeder for your mandarin fish or other pod-eaters! Cut out a large hole from the lid of a plastic container. Cut a piece of nylon pantyhose to fit tautly over the top of the container and attach the lid over the net to hold the net in place. Drill or poke a hole in one side of the container and insert the end of a flexible tube in the hole. Attach a funnel on the other end of the tube and put a rock in the container for weight.
