DIY Sliding Glass Tank Lid

Make a lid for your tank that slides open! Measure your tank and cut pieces of tile corner molding to fit along the edges of the tank. Measure the track of the molding and cut pieces of glass to cover the top of the tank that are also thin enough to fit inside the track of the molding. Put the piece of glass that will move inside the track, then rest the stationary piece of glass on the molding. Attach a handle on the piece of glass that will move and consider attaching a handle on the stationary glass in case you want to move it as well.
