DIY Stray Cat Station

Construct a raccoon-free cat food area and a safe shelter for stray cats! Cut pieces of wood for the roof, sides and base of the feeder, assemble the wood and attach the structure on a large wood post. Hang an aluminum skirt around the platform to prevent raccoons from entering and place food and water supplies inside. Build a small shelter nearby that the cats can use to jump into the food den from the roof. Be sure the entrance is small enough that only a cat can enter to be safe from predators.
