DIY Tortoise Flag Marker

Attach a flag to your tortoise to keep track of it when outside! Measure your tortoise and cut a piece of elastic to be slightly longer than the exact length needed. Sew or tie the ends of the elastic together. Cut a piece of sturdy wire, bend the wire in the middle and twist either side of the wire together until nearly at the end. Bend each end of the wire into a V-shape, bend each piece of wire into a small U-shape at the top of each side of the V,  then wrap each tip of the wire around the elastic with the end of each tip sitting on top of the elastic. Glue the elastic onto the wire. Cut several pieces of brightly-colored reflective fabric, lay the fabric pieces in a pile and staple one side of the pile together. Wrap the stapled side of fabrics around the top of the wire and staple the wrapped portion of the flag in place.
