DIY Traffic Cone Scratching Post

Turn a traffic cone into a scratching cone for your cat! Get a traffic cone and spray paint it the desired color. Wrap a natural rope around the traffic cone, adding glue as you add the rope. Make two yarn pom-pom balls, tie the pom-poms to a string, and glue the end of the strings between the rope near the top of the cone.
