DIY Wood Frame Aquarium Lights

Build a wood frame to hold the lights for your tank! Measure your aquarium and cut pieces of wood to the length needed. Attach the wood in a U-shape with L-shaped brackets. Attach pieces of wood perpendicularly across the tips of the U-shape as feet. Attach light sockets along the frame top, attach mounting bases across the back of the frame, and use zip ties to hold the light wires on the mounting bases. Put Velcro fasteners on the bottom of the frame’s feet and on the aquarium shelves where the feet will sit for added stability.
