Fabric Scraps Cat Toy

Make a new toy for your cat out of fabric scraps! Tie each scrap of fabric or ribbon onto a metal book ring or key ring. Cut a long piece of ribbon or sting, tie one end of the string to the metal ring and tie a metal ring to the other end. Use the empty metal ring to hang the toy from a doorknob or hold the ring to wave the toy for your cat.
