Household Items Hanging Toy

Use household items to make a decorative hanging toy for your pet rodent or bird! Gather Popsicle sticks, toilet paper rolls, string, ribbon and natural wood beads. Cut the toilet paper rolls to small circles, drill a hole in the end of three Popsicle sticks and drill a hole through the center of a few more Popsicle sticks. Cut a long piece of ribbon and knot the three Popsicle sticks at the top. Push a bead onto the string, tie a knot below the bead and continue to add items down the length of the string with a knot below each item. Hang the new toy in your pet’s cage and replace items as needed.
