Pipe Cleaner Spring Toy

Turn pipes cleaners into a cat toy! Fold the ends of the pipe cleaners to remove the sharp edges of the wire, hold one end of a pipe cleaner against a pencil and wrap the pipe cleaner around the pencil to create a coil. Place the end of a second pipe cleaner next to the first pipe cleaner and wrap the second pipe cleaner between the coils of the first pipe cleaner.
