Rubber Band Fish Game

Play a game with your fish! Find a brightly colored rubber band that is an adequate thickness and size for your fish. Drop the rubber band in your fish’s tank. When your fish goes to investigate the rubber band, reward it with a piece of food as a treat or a flash of light from a small penlight or key chain light. Continue rewarding your fish whenever it does something new or creative with the rubber band.
