Sidewalk Chalk Fur Dye

Use sidewalk chalk to temporarily dye your dog’s fur! Get a piece of non-toxic sidewalk chalk in a color that will work well with the color of your dog’s fur. Stand the chalk up in a partially full glass of water and let it soak for several minutes. Carefully use scissors to shave off pieces of the wet chalk. Put a few drops of water on the chalk shavings and rub the shavings with your finger to help them dissolve in the water. Grab a pinch of the chalk paste and rub it onto your dog’s fur. Let the wet chalk dry in your dog’s fur, then use a blow dryer on a low setting to remove any remaining powder.
